The yellow represents the Tulcea-Crisan course and the orange represent the Crisan-Caraorman course. The river ship leaves at 13:30 from Tulcea and gets in Crisan at about 16:10. From here the passengers will travel by a smaller ship that should reach its destination at about 17:00.

For Caraorman where is a ship that goes up and down steam daily depending on the ship that comes from Tulcea. For the day where isn't any transportation one can still find a ship that can take them to Caraorman from Tulcea. A private boat might take you on a trip for the price of 100$. Also, one can travel by car to Murighiol and then take a boat to Caraorman.
