If you have the membership card (of recreative fisherman) stamped for 2002, for fishing in the Danube Delta, you'll also need a Fishing License which is released in Tulcea for the sum of 300 000 lei (10 euro). If you don't have a membership card you can get one in the same place, AJVPS Tulcea, Isaccei Street (The Association of the Hunter and Recreative Fisherman) for the price of 120 000 lei (4 euro). You'll only need your I.D. Recreative Fishing is allowed only during daytime. You can fish 5 kilos of fish at the most or only one fish if its weight surpasses 5 kilos.
